Find out about specialist dementia support in your area. Join us for a cuppa and conversation about the specialist dementia support we provide for you, or someone you care for. People with dementia, their loved ones or previous carers all welcome.
There will also be an opportunity to talk to the team about our ongoing pilot of the dementia hospital at home service.
