We are proud to be organising an online National Leadership Conference for Psychiatry Resident Doctors this coming April.

In the changing landscape of today’s NHS, it seems important to prepare our Psychiatry leaders of tomorrow with the mindset and vision to feel empowered and able to provide leadership in a challenging environment.  This conference is to help Resident Doctors find their own path in navigating their own unique journeys.

Speakers include:

  • Professor Subodh Dave, Dean of the Royal College of Psychiatry
  • Dr Geraldine Strathdee CBE, OBE, Hon FRCPsych, former National Director of Mental Health in England
  • Professor Nandini Chakraborty, Associate Dean for Equivalence at the Royal College of Psychiatrists
  • Dr Adrian James, Medical Director for Mental Health and Neurodiversity at NHS England and former President of the Royal College of Psychiatrists
  • Professor Jaz Phull, Deputy Medical Director at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, and NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board, Consultant Psychiatrist.
  • Dr Toby Greenall, Consultant Psychiatrist and Acting Clinical Director at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

This event is open to all UK Core, Higher Specialist Trainees, SAS Doctors and CESR Fellows.
