How to get help

If you think you need our help, contact your GP who will assess your needs and refer you to our services if appropriate. You can also self-refer to some of the Trust's services for common mental health problems such as depression and anxiety, through the steps2change talking therapies team.

If you are a carer

Being a carer can be very hard work both physically an emotionally. We have developed a partnership with the charity, Rethink to provide services for carers. Rethink’s carer support workers can offer advice, family education, and training and carer breaks.
